Description
A crapload of inspirations and I used that badass pose thing 
got me. I couldn't decide between drawing a battle monk, an alien or my urban dead character again. So, I started with a humanoid alien head, followed by robes, sword, chekered pattern etc. Please exscuse the mess. Soft leads and my obsession with erasing had the usual effect, not to mention ths sexy scanner. That and I wanted to break out a badass pose, amen.
I'm pondering an added blood spatter to his swords and robes at the moment.
::EDIT:: No blood spatter yet, but I did clean it up in photoshop and changed the format from png to jpg. So, there's not as much of a mess to exscuse.

Ok, on this one, I'm thinking his left arm might be a little short. Other than that the anatomy looks pretty tight. Next, and this is more of a general thing, but I think you'd be better working with a sharper pencil, it'd bring out the detail a lot nicer. Other than that this one's pretty nice, good pose and sense of motion, you can really tell he's in combat, good stuff.
